Like most sports associations, we are largely dependent on volunteers and sponsors in addition to the contribution. We are happy to welcome new sponsors to our riding school in order to be able to do even more to increase driving pleasure and improve driving safety. This includes carrying out maintenance or purchasing new goods or materials and of course organizing fun activities for our riders.

Why sponsor Riding School Hestar?

Because you have a click with our foundation and what we stand foran. Or because you see sponsorship as a great opportunity to make a social contribution to our objectives. Of course we offer something in return: visibility at a riding school that is visited weekly by approximately 300 children and their parents, more (company) brand awareness and online visibility on our social media (website, Facebook and Instagram).

If you sponsor as an entrepreneur in exchange for publicity, the sponsorship costs are 100% deductible. The VAT is also processed as input tax in your turnover tax return. We as a sponsored organization will issue an invoice for this and VAT will be charged on these sponsorship contributions. This cost item is also deductible if your company incurs a tax loss in the year in question. This concerns general information and you should of course seek advice from a tax advisor.

BECOME A SPONSOR?

We are happy to welcome new sponsors and we have several options for this.

Lane sponsor:

A Mesh cloth (measurements approx. 76 by 183 cm) with company name and information. These can be hung in the “large” inner lane (also known as the competition lane) and/or the “small” inner lane.

Stable sponsor:

We offer a stable sponsor an advertising sign (approx. 15 by 60 cm) on the stable door of one of our ponies/horses.

Online sponsor: To

In the promotion corner on the website you can promote new promotions and offers on the website. This action angle will also be promoted on social media. In addition to this sponsorship, we list the sponsor on our website, with logo and link to company website or social media account.

Newsletter

We would like to introduce our sponsors to members and parents. In the section “The sponsor of the month” in our newsletter, which is sent by email, you as a sponsor get the opportunity to show people who you are, why you sponsor and what people can find with you.

This is what you get when you become a top sponsor:

• Lane sponsor: the large and small inner box will be equipped with an advertising cloth with your company

• Lane sponsor: the inner arena will be provided with an advertising cloth with your company!
• Online: possibility to offer 6 promotions per year on our website. Placing an action is allowed 1 x every 2 months and is always on the initiative of the sponsor himself
• Logo on the website (medium)
• Sponsor of the month mention with “interview” in the newsletter

Basic sponsor worth € 150

This is what you get when you become a basic sponsor:

• Stable sponsor: 1 stable is provided with a billboard with your company!
• Also possible for individuals: then your name or that of your child will be on the billboard
• Online: Possibility to offer 4 promotions per year on our website. Placing an action is allowed 1 x per quarter and is always on the initiative of the sponsor himself
• Logo on the website (small)
• Sponsor of the Month Mention (small)

The above packages are based on a term of 1 year. In addition to the selected packages, we can of course also make a customized offer in terms of content and duration!

CLUB VAN 60

Our fun riding school has been around for 60 years this year. That is why the “Club of 60” was created.

By participating in the “Club van 60” you give the riding school a small financial support. With this extra budget we want to make targeted investments that should make the riding pleasure and driving safety of our riding school even greater. We will of course always let you know where this money is being spent.

What is the “Club of 60”?

The membership of this club costs € 60. A multiple of this amount is of course also allowed! Anyone who cares about our riding school can become a member of the “Club of 60”. By donating those 60 euros you are a member of the “Club van 60” for a year.

The funds available are, on the proposal of the “Club of 60”, spent on projects that cannot be financed from the normal budget. The sponsor committee determines, in collaboration with the board of the riding school, which goals (projects) are selected. Members can also propose their own goals.

What do you get in return for this?

• Mention on the "Club van 60" sign in our canteen
  In our club building there is a beautiful sign in a very visible place with your name (or the name of your child(ren) or company or ...)
• Listing on the website of Riding School Hestar
  In addition to the physical board, there will also be a digital board of the “Club van 60” on the website!

Everyone can join! Our members, former members, parents, brothers, sisters, grandfathers, grandmothers, uncles, aunts, other foundations or associations; you name it! The membership is automatically renewed and can be canceled per year.

Please indicate clearly in the email which name you would like to see on the board: your own name, your child's name or your company name. The Cv60 committee will add the name to the (digital) board of the “Club van 60” as soon as possible after receiving your contribution.
